All of September ~ Canadian Community Center Aerobics Schedule is as follows: Toning & Strengthening with Mistie Walser on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10:15am and Mondays & Thursdays from 4-5pm (beginning Sept 10). Shaping & Toning with Lydia Nix is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 5:15-6pm. Latin Dance (Zumba) with Tiffany Carpenter is on Tuesdays from 6-7pm and Wednesdays from 6-6:30pm.
